in Konstanz via +49 7531 21113: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

in Singen via +49 7731 68421: Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

If you would like counseling by phone outside of these times or if you should not be able to reach us during the specified times, you are also welcome to call the nationwide telephone counseling service:

Deutsche Aidshilfe's nationwide telephone counseling service is available via +49 180 33 19411 (9 ct./min. from all German networks). You can reach the employees of the nationwide telephone counseling service Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m.

You can remain anonymous during your call with both the Aids-Hilfe Konstanz and the nationwide telephone counseling service provided by Deutsche Aidshilfe.
