Counseling
We offer you various forms of counseling:
You will receive information and advice on all questions relating to HIV/Aids, hepatitis and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Our employees are also ready to speak with you if you want to talk about sexuality and sexual orientation.
Our counseling services are free of charge and anonymously, if preferred. Counseling requests by unsecured e-mail do not meet our data protection standards. Please use the online counseling service or give us a call.
Disclaimer of Liability
We are not responsible for the actions of those seeking advice.
We accept no liability whatsoever for advice received by our employees regarding how you accept and how you implement it. This is entirely your responsibility. In the case of important legal, medical, emotional, economic and other serious situations, other counseling institutions should always be asked, in addition.
Counseling cannot replace therapy. It only provides important clues for solving a problematic situation and can make recommendations on how to proceed and how to deal with the problem.
Contractual obligations are not established either by making contact with our counseling services or by communicating within the framework of our counseling services. In particular, a legally enforceable right to advice and contractual liability based on our counseling services are excluded.
Liability claims relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are generally excluded to the greatest extent permitted.
