Aids-Hilfe Konstanz is represented together with other member organizations of the Deutsche Aidshilfe in the team of the nationwide Online Counseling Service www.aidshilfe-beratung.de.

The online counseling service provides you with information and advice on all questions relating to HIV, hepatitis and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The service is anonymous and free of charge, the protection of your data is guaranteed. You can send your questions to the online counseling staff by e-mail or you can book an appointment for a counseling chat. Your mail request will be answered within three working days.

Please note: The offer can neither provide individual medical advice nor replace therapy. On social law issues, too, only general information can and may be given.
